Canvas Ranch - The Animals

Sheep, goats and chickens are the livestock on the ranch.  They are protected by an army of dogs, cats, barn owls and kite hawks.  The dogs and cats are very affectionate, unless you are a coyote or a mouse.  Then, not so much.

 It was a great visit.  Tim and Deb work hard.  The ranch is in a beautiful setting and they can be isolated with their livestock, veggies and fruit or they can drive into Petaluma or San Francisco.  Tim has a great studio for his artwork.  They sell the veggies and fruit to area restaurants or at "Farmer's Markets."  They also have eggs from the chickens, jams from the fruits and Deb makes soap.  You can learn more at their web site.
