We're about an hour outside San Francisco, across the bay. That means fog during the summer. Later, when the sun comes out, I'll see if I can get some images of the sheep and possibly the house.

The Canvas Ranch - Petaluma
We're staying with some friends we haven't seen in 30 years. They moved to California and eventually bought some property which is now their home and business. It's a ranch with sheep, goats, vegetables and fruit. In addition to the humans there are a variety of cats and dogs who work the ranch. The dogs herd the cats police vermin. All are friendly and have names and if I were here six more months I might be able to remember the correct name for each dog or cat. I know that Beau is the grey cat!
